My wife and I have a Texas Mortgage but the rates are high and we want to do a Texas Refinance. We were told it isn't easy to get approved for a San Antonio Refinance right now because of the economy. I am going to have my hours cut at work and we really need to lower our Texas Mortgage. If we can't do a Texas Refinance we're really going to struggle through the holidays. My wife loves the holidays and a Texas Refinance will allow us to continue with our traditions. I don't want my wife to worry about our Texas Mortgage or finding a San Antonio Refinance during the holidays.
