We got the mortgage in Houston Texas about 5 years ago so we would like to refinance as our credit should be better now.  We have never been late with the Houston mortgage so our credit score should be better now.  We wanted to refinance a couple of years ago when the rates were low here in Houston Texas but we needed more time to clean up the report to get a great rate.  Our bank is currently looking to see what we would pay if we were to refinance our Houston Texas mortgage and we should hear from them today.
