We really need to Refinance our Dallas and Austin Texas mortgages.

The balloon m ortgages we current hold on our Dallas and Austin Texas properties has come due. The monthly cost has really gone through the roof. We now need to look into a Refinance option on both the Austin and Dallas Texas properties. There is no way we can make more than 4 payments at the current rate. In fact the rent we charge for the home in Dallas is not even half of what it has gone up by. We never expected this to happen and cost so much. We have appointments at 2 places next week to see what can be done to Refinance both the Austin and Dallas Texas properties. We would like to see if they can be combined also for a savings.
