We needed cash for updates on the house so we thought a Refinance on our Houston Texas mortgage would be the best option.  We needed to replace the windows and put in a new furnace and replace the roof so we got the money we needed with a Houston Texas mortgage Refinance.  We had plenty of equity in our home to cover all of costs of the updates.  We knew if we did not do the updates it would cost more in the long run.  We used the same bank that had our Houston Texas mortgage for our Refinance.  Within just a couple of days the process was complete for the Houston Texas Refinance and we were ready to start the work.
